Hallo everyone I want to share the recipe of haleem. Pakistani style that people love to eat. haleem is basically a  combination of meat lentils wheat and barley cooked with spices that make a delicious combination to eat. its a best recipe that you can eat with a spoon some people also like it with naan. Haleem is a dish is associated with many childhood memories.  INGREDIENT 1. 500 gms beef/mutton -500 gms 2. Ginger garlic paste - 4 tps 3.Salt 4. Red chilli powder 5. Coriander powder -2 tps 6. Tumeric powder 2 tps 7. Garam masala powder 2 tps 8. yogurt 1 cup 9. Chana daal 1 cup 10. Masoor dal 1/2 cup 11. Moong daal 1/2 cup 12. Maash daal 2 tbsp 13. Rice 300 gms 14. Wheat 1 cup 15. Barley 1 cup 16. Oil 3 tbsp 17. Onion slices 1 medium size  METHOD   Place daal in the pan with 4 cups of water. Halo everyone I want to share the recipe of pasta Indian style flovorful & delicious masala pasta that will be your new favourite .This simple & quick pasta is super easy to make and just needs 25 mins. It is kids  friendly and can be packed even in lunch box or served as on after school snack. It also makes  for a quick dinner for your entire family. INGREDIENT 1. 2 cup pasta 2. 2 tablespoon olive oil or butter 3. 1/2 teaspoon cumin 4. 3 cloves garlic chopped finely 5. 1/3 teaspoon salt as needed  6. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 7. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala  8. 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi  9. 2 tablespoon cream as needed METHOD 1 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. when the oil turn hot add cumin 2 when they begin to splutter then add finely chopped garlic  3 fry till it began to smell good for a minute or two 4 Add onions and fry untill they turn pink 5 Then add chopped veggies and fry about for 2 minute 6 serve masala pasta hot

Recipe of white karahi

Halo everyone I want to share the recipe of white karahi. Its a recipe for people who don't like tomatoes or onions in there food. but these white chicken karahi won't let you feel that something is missing. It tastes absolutely delicious with hot naan or tandoori rooti. INGREDIENTS  1. chicken 1kg (cut into 12 or 16 pieces) 2. oil 1/2 cup 3.  Salt 1 ½ tsp Freshly crushed black pepper 1 tsp Zeera roasted and crushed 1 ½ tsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Chinese salt ½ tsp (optional) Garam masala ½ tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Cream 4 tbsp Yogurt beaten ½ cup Green chilies 5-6  Ginger (in into julienne) 2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped 2-3 tbsp Method Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic paste. Fry a little. Add chicken pieces, fry for another 5-6 minutes on high flame. Now put all the mentioned ingredients except last three. Stir well. Slow down the heat and put karahi on dum for at least 10 minutes on low flame, until oil floats on top.  Garnish with green chilies, ging

Halo everyone I want to share the recipe of chicken nuggets . Seriously though, who doesn’t love a chicken nugget? Better yet, how good is a homemade chicken nugget? These nuggets are so easy to make and are juicy and tender on the inside while staying golden and crispy on the outside. The whole family will be    will be sure to love them Ingredients:   500g raw chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces 1/2 cup of plain flour  1/2 tsp paprika Sprinkle of salt and pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional) 1 egg tsp paprika   1 egg   1 tbsp milk 3/4 cup breadcrumbs   2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese   1 tsp mixed dried herbs   3-6 tbsp olive oil for frying METHOD Step 1.  Combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder (if using) in a plastic bag and mix together. Set aside.   Step 2.  In a separate bowl, whisk egg and milk together. Halo everyone I want to share the recipe of shami kabab  this is very delicious dish.shami kabab can be made out of  chicken or meat. But i prefer ground beef / mutton with potatoes and chana lentils. I make and freeze these kababs. whenever I am lazy to cook or have guest coming to tea .I just fry these kababs and serve  with some green chutey.  INGREDIENTS 1. 500g ground beef/ chicken 2. 1 cup chana daal lentile  3. 1 onion 4. 1 potato peeled 5. 4 pods garlic 6. small piece of ginger  7. 1 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 8. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 9. 1 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped  10. 2 tablespoon lemon juice  11. water  12. 1 egg beaten 13. oil to fry Directions 1 In a pressure cooker, add meat, potato, garlic, ginger, onion, garam masala and 2 cups of water. Cook for 10 minutes after the first whistle. 2 Then add lentils and 1 1/2 cup of water. Hallo everyone I want to share the recipe of cheesy macaroni.most of the people want to eat the macaroni. This recipe will make a big 9x13 pan so suggest halving it to fit eiher an 8x8 or round casserole  for your side dish to dinner . Indredient: 1. 16 oz macaroni pasta (any shape pasta 2. 1/2 C unsalted butter 3. 1 teaspoon salt  4. 1/2 teaspoon pepper 5. 1/2 C flour (gluten free blend) 6. 1/2 C milk warmed 7. 1/4 C white wine 8. 1/2 Ib velveeta cheese cubed 9. 1/2 Ib cheddar cubed Heat 350 oven. Grease 9x13 glass dish (8x8 or round casserole if making half the recipe) Cook pasta for about 2-3 minute less then called for drain set aside.In a saucepan melt 1/2  C butter salt pepper once melted add flour , stir until smooth .Let cook for 1 minute .Add milk wine bring to a boil whisking .Add cheeses and stir until melted .pour over cooked pasta and add to greased dish .

Hallo everyone I want to the recipe of chicken korma .This dish is very famous in Pakistan It is very delicious dish. korma is a gravy dish that is usually made of spices nuts yogurt seeds coconut vegetable and meat.  korma can be made with veggies chicken or even mutton. This recipe of chicken korma will you a very tasty creamy and delicious dish.  INGREDIENT 1. 1/2 kg chicken  2. 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground turmeric or haldi 3. 3 tbsps yogurt  4. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste  5. 3/4 to 1 tps garam masala 6. 1 to 1 1/4 tsp red chilli powder  7. salt as needed  8. 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp oil /ghee 9. 2 green cardamoms 10. 1 cup onion salad  11. 6 cashews  12. 4 almond (opional) METHOD To the same pan add 1 tsp oil and heat it add green chilli and marinated chicken.
